Must have multi cultural experiences, exposed to a variety of different countries and working conditions with a variety of different culinary values
- Must be disciplined and motivated to succeed
- Must be able to anticipate peaks in business and react accordingly to ensure service is not affected
- Pleasant personality, excellent organizational and interpersonal and communication skill.
- Must be skilled in every part of international cuisine and beverage service and a very good knowledge of modern technologies applied within the food and beverage service industry.
- Must have a good sense of diplomatic leadership of a multinational crew serving a multinational clientele
- Must have a very good knowledge of establishing Policies and Procedures, Standard Operating Manuals, and evaluating Captain and staff performance
- Hotel/restaurant opening experience in either a F&B Supervisor or Captain capacity would be advantageous.
- Must be aware of financial responsibility and targets for food and Beverage outlets
- Able to write and communicate in English.
- Must be confident, mature and presentable.
- Pleasant personality and customer focused.
- Positive and highly professional work attitude.
- Quick paced and able to resolve Customer queries and Complaints efficiently.
- Able to work under pressure, Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player with excellent and proven problem solving skills
- Energetic, result-oriented and prepared to face challenges - irrelevant of consequences
- Resourceful and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations
- Actions and implements training resolves on a daily basis to ensure an excellent working department.
- Actions Disciplinary procedures in conjunction with the hotels policies and procedures.
- Able to work shift, weekends and Public Holiday.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
