**Job Title**:Duty Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Service Leadership**
- Lead and inspire the front office and service teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

**2. Shift Management**
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise and collaborate with the management team to find solutions.

**3. Team Coordination**
- Coordinate with various departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and security, to ensure effective collaboration and guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate smooth handovers between shifts and departments.

**4. Guest Relations**
- Cultivate positive guest relationships, addressing feedback, and taking proactive measures to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Be a visible and approachable presence in public areas, engaging with guests to ensure their needs are met.

**5. Problem Resolution**
- Address and resolve guest and operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective measures and prevent recurring issues.

**6. Security Oversight**
- Work closely with the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with local authorities as needed during security-related incidents.

**7. Shift Reporting**
- Prepare detailed shift reports, documenting significant events, guest feedback, and operational matters.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive communication to the management team.

**8. Adherence to Standards**
- Uphold hotel policies and standards, including grooming, uniform guidelines, and service protocols.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

**9. Training and Development**
- Participate in the training and development of staff, ensuring they are well-versed in-service standards and operational procedures.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the management team to implement training programs.

**10. Emergency Response**
- Act as a point of contact during emergencies, coordinating responses and implementing emergency procedures as necessary.
- Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure staff readiness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
