In the **Fleet Coordinator **role, you'd be responsible for daily communication between our Beep delivery riders and customer care team to ensure the delivery orders are sent to customers in a timely manner. For this role, you’d need strong coordination and organization skills and in meeting customer expectations in a demanding tech environment.
You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

**What you will do**:
- Communicate with Beep delivery riders daily to ensure they comply with the agreement set in terms of punctuality, dependability, and responsibility;
- Liaise between riders and customer care representatives to ensure transparency to resolve issues that arise in the delivery process;
- Responsible for handling roll calls in ensuring the integrity of riders in their deployment, timeliness and efficiency during their delivery;
- Note and report any rising issues with designated fleet supervisors and provide solutions.
- Provide support on department projects relevant to delivery costs, rider liquidity and quality.
**What you need to have**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field (within a SaaS company/fast-paced startup environment/tech industry).
- Proven experience in logistics or operations.
- Strong coordination skills and attentive to details, enabling you to preempt any issues during the delivery route and coming up with quick solutions when problems arise.
- A strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness to solve problems and get things done.
- Flexible to work around shift: 5 days per week, any 8 hours between 10am - 10pm.
