Account Customer Support Assistant

Perform general accounting such as invoicing and data entry.
- Handle a full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely manner
- Maintain files and records for asset and statutory related documents.
- Manage year end reports for audit & tax schedule/computation.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks including payroll and HR related tasks
- Daily follow up and reply to customers' inquiries on WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**
- Experience: Preferable with min 1 year experience in administrative or related
- Self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented person.
- Conscious of timelines and deadlines
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Bukku Accounting software
- Job Type : Full Time permanent
- Schedule : Monday to Friday ; Sat half-day
- Ability to commute to Setia Alam
- Possess own transport
