Responsibilities:
- Direct, lead and plan the overall sales strategies for business growth.
- Strategize and plan the annual sales target and forecast (Sales & Revenue, Profit & Loss, Pricing Strategy).
- Work together with Country Leader to drive the revenue-generation of the company by consistently meeting sales targets.
- Build strong rapport with meeting customer to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps and pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target, ensuring accuracy reporting in Sales System.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the industry
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Establish good rapport with local authorities, government agencies, corporate and public sectors.
- Qualification:
- At least 8 years experience in Cleaning Industry Commercial Building & Construction, Public Utilities, Food Chain Industry.
- Strategical thinking, strong in customer relationship management.
- Experienced in handling big accounts and developing new big account/potential with vast connection.
- Market intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
