Job Scope : 1. Provide Monthly Forecast. 2. Handle and manage customer queries, request / complaint and co-ordinate with the operation team. 3. Assist and provide support to operation team on administration work. 4. Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes. 5. Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates. 6. Receiving bookings and preparing work orders. 7. Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondence. 8. Monitor and track sales processes to ensure that sales are closed. 9. Collect letters and parcel from mail-room/mailbox. 10. Manage the overall sales administrations. 11. Keep track and follow up on outstanding payments from purchasers / financiers 12. Generate weekly and monthly reports to the management. 13. Work arrangement and work monitoring on cleaning services in the office. 14. Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization operations. Requirement :. 1. Basic MS Office skills to do the report. 2. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin speakers are an advantage. 3. Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided. 4.
