Customer Service Assistant

**Requirements**
- Minimum SPM qualification with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work on retail shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
- Must be discipline and committed.
- No working experience needed as training will be provided.
- Covid-19 fully vaccinated.
**Responsibility**
- To provide good and effective customer and member services.
- To attend to customer enquiries and complaints, item exchange, return and refund.
- To handle morning tea serving, opening ritual and closing greetings.
- To perform other related duties and job assignments within the department from time to time and as and when requires.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
