**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**: Kami mencari individu yang bersemangat dan berorientasi pelanggan untuk menyertai pasukan khidmat pelanggan kami. Calon yang ideal akan mempunyai semangat untuk membantu pelanggan, kemahiran komunikasi yang kuat, dan kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan isu dengan cekap dan berkesan. Sebagai Wakil Khidmat Pelanggan, anda akan menjadi titik hubungan pertama bagi pelanggan kami, memastikan mereka mempunyai pengalaman positif dengan Giselle.
**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dengan pantas melalui telefon, emel, live chat, dan media sosial.
- Memberi maklumat yang tepat mengenai produk, perkhidmatan, dan polisi kami.
- Menyelesaikan aduan dan isu pelanggan dengan empati dan cekap.
- Menyusul pelanggan untuk memastikan isu mereka diselesaikan dan mereka berpuas hati.
- Menjaga tahap pengetahuan produk yang tinggi untuk membantu pelanggan dengan berkesan.
- Merekod dan menguruskan interaksi dan transaksi pelanggan dalam sistem CRM kami.
- Bekerjasama dengan jabatan lain untuk menyelesaikan isu yang rumit.
- Mengumpul maklum balas pelanggan dan menyediakan pandangan untuk memperbaiki perkhidmatan kami.
**Keperluan**:
- Pengalaman sebelumnya dalam khidmat pelanggan atau bidang berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi verbal dan tulisan yang cemerlang.
- Kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah dan berorientasi pelanggan.
- Keupayaan bekerja secara berdikari dan sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan.
- Mahir menggunakan perisian khidmat pelanggan, sistem CRM, dan Microsoft Office Suite.
- Keupayaan mengendalikan pelbagai tugas dan mengutamakan dengan berkesan.
- Fleksibiliti untuk bekerja dalam syif, termasuk hujung minggu dan cuti umum.
- Diploma sekolah menengah atau setaraf; ijazah sarjana muda adalah satu kelebihan.

Pay: RM1,483.17 - RM2,500.00 per month
