Job Responsibilities:

- To assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day Front Office operations.
- Effectively manages and oversees the daily operations of the Front Office.
- Supervises room reservations and the allotments to ensure maximum yield is achieved.
- To manage the guest experience by representing the Hotel in resolving any guest-related issues and ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
- Develops high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.
- Represents the Management in resolving any guest or property-related issues after office hours.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years working experience as Assistant Front Office Manager or similar capacity in a 4-star Hotel.
- Able to work flexible and extended hours.
- Able to work independently and as a team, resourceful, highly motivated, and results-oriented.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front Office: 3 years (preferred)
