Procurement Assistant

**REQUIREMENTS**
1. At least Diploma/Degree in any field
2.Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year working experience in Procurement/Logistic/Supply Chain Field
3.Good command in English, writing, reporting and speaking skills.
4.Good technical, interpersonal and communications skills.
5.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
6. Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Procurement & Co-ordination.
7.Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined.
8.Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients and employees.
9.High level of computer literacy and reporting capability
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
2. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
3. Resolve supply, quality and service issue with vendors
4. Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
5. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
6. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
7. Maintain GRN and submit document to account for payment
8. Filling process
9. Find new potential vendor
10. Update Ordering Form Control List
11. Any other ad-hoc task will be inform by superior from time to time.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
