**Primary responsibilities are to**
- Extract attendance data from client’s
- Populating personal data, rates, incentive (if necessary) accurately - counter checking
- Send for payment upload
- Recording daily payments accurately on a monthly basis for invoice purposes before the 4th of the following month
**Monthly Co-ordination with Payroll Processing Partner - Monthly**
- Verify data from client with payroll listing & Consultant in charge
- Check for advance payments, deductions, MIA cases
- Send to payroll team for processing
- Check payroll report calculations
- Invoicing instructions
**Administration**
- Issuing of Employment Letters
- Filing of all admin letters
**Requirement**
- Background In Degree / Finance
- Able to work in agency environment
- Can come to work in Bukit Jalil
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
