**Duties**:
- Responsible for assisting the Service Manager - Chief Concierge, with managing and coordinating the special needs of all guests in the hotel. Any special request a guest makes, so long as it is not illegal or immoral, will be fulfilled to the best of the Bell Captain ability. If a guest request cannot be met, the Bell Captain must suggest and provide suitable alternatives. A Bell Captain must have a strong and extensive knowledge of the local area and of the resources available to our guests. In addition a Bell Captain must always exercise sound judgment when acting on both the guest’s and the hotel’s behalf.
Responsible to welcoming guest and assisting them with their luggage. Explaining to guest the facilities within their room, the hotel and arranging transportation.
**Requirements**:
- SPM Graduate
Ability to interact and take inintiative.
At least 1 year working experience in hotel.
Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
