**Job Description: Customer Services for Airline Project (Mandarin Speaker)**
**Position**: Customer Service Representative (Airline Services)
**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Salary**: RM4,000 basic + RM100-300 KPI Allowance + Shift Allowance
**Working hour**: 24/7 shift rotation (5days a week)
**Joining Date**: September 18, 2023
**Job Overview**:As a Customer Service Representative for our Airline Services project based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
**Resolve Issues**: Address and resolve passenger concerns and problems, working closely with teams if needed.
**Provide Information**: Offer clear and accurate information about flight details, updates, and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Customer-focused and eager to assist.
- Basic computer proficiency (training provided).
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
