Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary:
RM4,000 basic + RM KPI Allowance + Shift Allowance

Working hour: 24/7 shift rotation (5days a week)

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative for our Airline Services project based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Resolve Issues:
Address and resolve passenger concerns and problems, working closely with teams if needed.

Provide Information:
Offer clear and accurate information about flight details, updates, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin
  • Strong problemsolving aptitude.
  • Customerfocused and eager to assist.
  • Basic computer proficiency (training provided).
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
