Salary:
RM10,000 (basic) + KPI allowance (up to RM300) + Shift allowance (up to RM350)

Requirements:

  • Native Korean speaker OR nonnative Korean with TOPIK 5 or
  • Diploma and above (Diploma must have at least 3 years working experience)
  • Must have airlines customer service experience
  • Open to any nationalities; must be open to relocation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize customers' needs, elucidate information, investigate issues thoroughly, and offer effective solutions or alternatives
  • Foster enduring relationships with customers by going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction
  • Safeguard customer privacy and uphold the confidentiality of customer information
  • Achieve individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Manage a range of inquiries, from straightforward to challenging, within specified timeframes
