Business Development Associate

We are opening up an opportunity for business development professionals who want to be part of something bigger than yourself.
In this role, you'll be dealing with multi-national corporation like Sunway, Petronas, Volvo, TikTok, etc and making deals with high-level personel from managers to CEO within the company.

**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Increase the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

**; Requirements**:
- 1 year experience in related fields (PR, sales, business development, community management, event management, accounts management and others)
- You have experience in B2B sales.
- You have proven track record in closing sales.
- You understand lead generation, cold calls, negotiation, presentation, sales pipeline, lead scoring, closing, any other skill-sets in between.
- You are passionate about local food.
- You are comfortable working and networking with external parties independently.
- You are willing to go the extra mile to achieve your KPI.
- You have strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- You are able to present and communicate your ideas and findings effectively and efficiently.
