Quality Control Manager

**JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) To manage day-to-day QC factory operational activities including hygiene cleanliness, product feedbacks, product defect and production SOP.

2) To communicate regularly with upper Management addressing the problems or issues impacting QC production and providing suggestion/ recommendation to resolve the issue.

3) To ensure legal obligations are followed and compliance with regulatory bodies.

4) To manages and supervise the QC team including Environmental Safety & Health and Halal Officers.

5) To clearly define the workflows, creating quality control policies and procedures to improve the process and ensure the efficiency of the QC function in the factory.

6) To setting, monitoring and reviewing quality standards for production operations processes, and provide training to the team members.

7) To implement relevant methods and control checklist to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment in timely manner.

8) To working closely with the production manager to perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.

9) To overseeing the performance of subordinates by effectively delegating tasks, maintaining control, and providing supervision and continuous motivation for the subordinates.

10) To assist in ad-hoc duty as assigned by the management from time to time.

**JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Food science or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in production or manufacturing industry.
- In-dept knowledge of quality control procedures and compliances standards.
- Knowledge in Environmental Safety & health and Halal Management is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, observation, communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently, trustworthy, responsible and positive mindset.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office excel.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
