Operation Executive

Job Description:

- 1) Manage and supervise daily shipment monitoring, pending handover list, pre-alert and handover summary updates during business operations and Campaign period.

2) Coordinate and liaise with the Custom brokers and Linehaul Team to resolve any discrepancies in shipments (e.g. missing/misrouted carton/parcel, etc).

3) Coordinate and liaise with the Last mile 3PL on daily parcel reconciliation report and inbound process.

4) Monitor and manage the Last Mile 3PL and custom brokers backlog.

5) Ensure that custom brokers update the ‘Custom Clearance and Handover to Last Mile’ timestamp accurately and adhering to the systems SOP.

6) Manage the failed delivery/improvements and provide resolution for any exceptional handling escalation.

7) Review, record and maintain data to ensure all information are accurate and updated.

8) Work on any operational escalation with Last Mile 3PL, MY Transport Team, Regional Cross-Border Team.

9) Data recording

10) Involve & manage on Sustainability & Green project related to logistics field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistic: 3 years (preferred)

- Pekan Nenas (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Pekan Nenas: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
