The Sales Executive plays a vital role in generating sales volume by identifying business opportunities in the commercial & residential building projects segment. This is achieved in partnerships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers and Quantity Surveyors. We are looking for a passionate individual who’s able to learn quickly and with a strong interest in communication and influencing. This role is based in Johor.
- Use Sales Funnel methodology to track customer journey, sales processes, and drive sales result.
- Develop relationships and identify new business opportunities with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers and Quantity Surveyors to drive sales targets.
- Closely follow up on prospective customers and leads to create sales opportunities and increase conversion rate.
- Drive service quality and customer satisfaction for continuous improvement.
- Achieves sales target by way of analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions in a proactive manner.
- Communicate scheduled sales reports in accordance with organizational standards.
- Perform regular sales analysis & reviews to evaluate effectiveness of implemented sales tactics in order to make proactive improvements to achieve sales targets.
- Create brand awareness of offer customized solutions to clients based on their business needs.
- Analyze and finalize the delivery schedule to secured clients and follow-up with excellent after-sales service to handle any site complaints that may arise.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field of studies.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project sales.
- Good communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Ability with conducting product presentations and confident in interacting with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Team player, positive attitude, innovative, self
- motivated, responsible and able to handle stress.
- Possess own transport.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
