Job Descriptions: To handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level. Job Requirements:

- Min Diploma/Degree in any fields Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken and written) Fresh Graduates (Degree/Master) are welcome to apply. Applicant(s) must be able to start work immediately and to be based in Kuala Lumpur Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated.
