Sales Executive

Balakong, Malaysia CTC Steel Sdn. Bhd Full time

**Job scope**
- Take care of existing and new customer inquiries.
- Review customer requests, provide quotations and follow up to ensure sales close up.
- Monitor customer payment status and ensure payments are up to date to avoid bad debt.
- Attend to customer complaints and work out corrective action with production and or with customer.
- Grow new sales to meet monthly target and KPI.
- Lead and drive promotional activity to increase customer segment.

**Requirement**

1. At least 2 years of working experience in sales or customer service.

2. High school or degree in any field.

3. Able to communicate in Chinese, Malay and English.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
