1. Responsible to assist Government Relation/Compliance Manager in daily duties for the process improvement and enhancement of the company.

2. Assist in prepare, submit, follow-up, monitor and handling the overall process required by the authority for:

- Approved Permit (AP) for plates and pipes from MITI;
- COA for plates and pipes from SIRIM/CIDB;
- COO from Price Waterhouse Cooper, Ministry of Chamber and Form D from MITI for export of finished goods (pipes, etc)
- Application to transfer import station from Custom if the approved import station by MIDA differs from actual import station;
- For urgent imports and MIDA tax exemption approval is yet to receive, communicate and follow-up with Finance Department on issuance of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee (whichever cost the least to the Company) at least one week before the arrival of goods to ensure smooth arrangement of imports.

3. Assist in prepare, submit, follow-up and monitor the approval to sell scrap of raw material that was exempted from import duty and sales tax. Ensure the approved quantity is sufficient for sale of scrap monthly. Liaise with Finance Department and advice accordingly of the invoicing administration.

5. Any other duties related to the job scope assigned by the Company from time to time.

6. Adhere to all the Quality/Safety & Environmental requirements.

1. Possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Logistic/Transportation or its equivalent.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

3. Dynamic, self motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels.

4. IT exposure is required.

5. Good written and command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

6. Strong analytical skill, attention to details and is target oriented.

7. Independent yet able to contribute as a good team player

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
