Customer Service Support

**Responsibilities**:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide and update on daily/weekly/monthly platform promotions and activities to the customer on time.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal sales targets, actively generate new sales opportunities and discover new customer base.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner via phone, mail or CRM live-chat system.
- Provide proper manner to the customer.
- Work with customer service manager and supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Acceptable to work Overtime when needed.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Related work experience in Customer Service/Sales field.
