Logistics and Tender Coordinator

Regularly check and monitor online platforms for open government tenders relevant to the company’s business.
- Evaluate tender requirements and ensure compliance with submission guidelines.
- Prepare and submit tender documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain a database of tenders, submission deadlines, and outcomes.
- Communicate with overseas shipping agents to arrange shipments and negotiate terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Monitor and track shipment progress, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including documentation and communications.
- Prepare detailed and competitive quotations for clients based on their requirements.
- Follow up with clients on submitted quotations to secure orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure pricing and proposals are aligned with company objectives.
- Update and maintain a database of all quotations and client communications.
- Provide support to other departments as needed in relation to tenders and logistics.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on tender submissions, shipment status, and quotation follow-ups.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
