Hoyoverse Gaming Customer Service Executive

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about gaming and customer service? As a Hoyoverse Gaming Customer Service Executive, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our players have the best gaming experience possible. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your love for gaming with your exceptional customer service skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Exceed Customer Expectations**: Deliver outstanding service to meet and exceed contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- **Understand Customer Needs**: Clarify requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools to provide effective resolutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a basic understanding of client products and/or services to assist customers effectively.
- **Efficient Tracking**: Track, document, and retrieve information using the call tracking database.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma with at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the gaming industry (Hoyoverse experience is a plus).
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Courteous with a strong customer service orientation.
- **Attention to Detail**: Dependable with a strong focus on detail.
- **Shift Flexibility**: Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
**Salary Package**:
RM3800 and above, and other attractive allowance
**Working Hour**:
- **Rotational Shift (Morning, Afternoon, Night shifts)**:
- **5 working days, 2 days off**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
