As a People and Culture Specialist in the Global HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for providing support to our colleagues across various locations. You will work to ensure the smooth operational efficiency of HR Shared Services while working with the team to ensure that policies, procedures, and standards align with the organization's needs and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly and efficiently to colleague inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and HRIS issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate teams, as needed.
- Coordinate with other HR teams to address queries and concerns that
require their expertise, including HR Business Partners, Regional HR Managers, Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Payroll.
- Perform HR transactions using the HR information system (Workday), including the onboarding of new hires, data entry, and benefit changes etc.
- Create and maintain documentations for all parts of the employee lifecycle including, contracts, employment changes, leavers, references etc.
- Create and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, facilitate process improvement and provide insights that lead to increased efficiencies within the HR Shared Services team.
- Produce HR reports and/or presentations as requested.
- Work on HR Share Service projects as required.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in a Global HR Shared Services or other HR support roles
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including employment law, benefits, and payroll
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Company working language is English and it is a requirement for the position that the successful person has excellent English language skills.
- Other Language skills such as; Japanese, Finnish, French, German, Polish, or Danish would be a bonus.
