**JOB TITLE - SALES MANAGER**
**Position Overview**:
- Plays a crucial role in driving revenue and establishing strong relationships with corporate and government agencies.
- Requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in hotel sales, exceptional networking abilities, and a deep understanding of the corporate and government sectors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Corporate and Government Account Management - Identify, target, and secure corporate and government accounts for the hotel.
- Sales strategies and planning - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiation and contract management - Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients and government agencies.
- Collaboration with operation and event management.
- Sales reporting and analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on corporate and government clients.
- Strong network and relationships within the corporate and government sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales or related field.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team
**Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of hotel products, services, and pricing strategies.
- Ability to travel for business meetings, industry events, and client visits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
