IT Sales Executive

**Position Title : Sales Development Representative (IT)**
**Work Location : Midvalley City, KL**
**Company nature of business : Software Development company**
**Salary : Basic up to RM 4,000 + Commission**
**Responsibilities**:
2. Building and maintaining a pipeline of key retailers.
3. Generating, nurturing and qualifying leads through researching relevant retailers in the market.
4. Educating prospective customers about SYCARDA and its value proposition.
5. Participate in regular training & informational sessions including shadowing Sales Managers on demos and face to faces.
6. Manage creation and presentation of solutions and quotes for prospective retailers.
7. At the end of it all; learn, understand and follow company’s sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
**Skills**:
1. Excellent communication and verbal skills, especially over the phone (good command of Mandarin/Cantonese & Malay is an added advantage).
2. 2 years & above experience in Business to Business Sales (preferred but not required).
3. Have experience in retail & F&B POS Industry.
4. Coachable - Listens to and implements advice from superior.
5. _A Patient Listener_ - Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of the retailer’s needs.
6. _Resourceful_ - Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to obtain that lead.
7. _Confident self-starter_ - Willing to take risks while also effectively collaborating with a dynamic team
