**Location: Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya**
- Welcome, greets and register visitors, vendors, customers and inform appropriate personnel.
- Keep log book record of visitors, vendors, customers signing in and out of the office.
- Answer incoming calls professionally; determine purpose of calls and deliver message / forward calls to appropriate personnel.
- Updating of intercom list, extension and direct line of employees
- Handling mail / deliveries from both postal and courier service; sort and distributing to the respective personnel.
- Manage, monitor and ensure reception, office area is clean, tidy and ensures compliance physical security policies.
- Assist to provide office supplies include ordering new supplies.
- Support in preparation for new hires i.e. access card, registration of thumbprint and onboarding activity.
- Office equipment maintenance, and supervise cleaner.
- Other clerical / administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Min Diploma holder
- Minimum 1 - 2 years\' experience in front desk or customer service
- Positive & Hard-working attitude
- Good communication skill

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
