Skills **:Minimum JLPT 2, Fluent Japanese speaker, Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service. Able to work on shift**

**Requirements**:

- **Strong Japanese language skill is a must**. Prefer JLPT N2 & above.
- Fluent in Japanese, Good English and Malay.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
- Official Working Hours: 5 days a week Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Location: KL Bangsar and travel within Klang valley
- Nature of business: Risk management, Medical service communication & Insurance agent.
- Benefit: Parking, Medical insurance, Healthscreening check-up, Medical fee and handphone allowance & overtime allowance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as Interpreter for doctor consultation.
- Providing medical support to Japanese members including handle hospital’s procedures, insurance claiming etc.
- Providing police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customer who involve in car accident.
- Handling document and data entry into computer system in Japanese & English.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by managment
- **This duties need to 24 hour standby shift, providing support during non-working hour and Weekend or public holiday by rotational shift.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
