**Job Overview**
Customer service position for a renowned e-commerce platform. Handling enquiries for platform buyers/sellers depending on allocation.
**Working Condition (hours, location, etc)**
- Work Location - Avenue 5, The Horizon 2, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Location is near LRT public transport)
- Shift timings - Operations hours between 9am till 11pm (rotation in between this timeline 9 hours with 1 hour break)
- Working Days - 5 working days a week with 2 days off (rotational between Monday-Sunday)
**Compensation / Welfare**
- Salary & benefits - total package is RM 8000 - RM8525
- AL provided
- EPF/SOCSO provided
**Responsibility / Duties**
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of computer
**Requirements / Skills**
- Educational Qualification - minimum Diploma
- Proficient in Japanese language
- Accept any nationality with at least JLPT N2 certification (Can consider JLPT N3 with minimum 3 years of working experience in Japan)
- Max Notice Period - 2-3 months (Can do buyout)
**Preferred Personality**
- Communicative and ready to learn
- Interested in trying out different work and life culture in a foreign country outside your own country
- Able to mingle in multi-racial environment with people all over the world
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,525.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
