仕事内容:
- 日本語カスタマーサービスのプロフェッショナルとして、クライアントとのプロフェッショナルな関係を維持することが主な役割です。優れたコミュニケーションスキルを使用して、すべてのお客様と肯定的な関係を築く。
勤務条件:
- 場所: Avenue 5, The Horizon 2, Bangsar South, クアラルンプール (LRT公共交通機関の近く)
- シフト時間: 9時から23時までの運営時間 (1時間の休憩を含む9時間のシフト)
- 勤務日: 週5日勤務、2日のローテーション休日
報酬 & 福利厚生:
- 給与 & 福利厚生: 合計 RM 8525 - RM9000 （約268,882円 ～ 283,864円）
- 移住: 片道のフライトチケットと2週間の宿泊をスポンサード
- VISA: 勤務ビザをスポンサード。家族ビザの申請サポートも提供 (候補者の自己負担)。
- 宿泊サポート: 最初の2週間後、専門のスタッフが宿泊のオプションを探るお手伝いをします（候補者の自己負担）。
- 追加の利益: AL提供、EPF/SOCSO提供
業務内容:
- すべての電話者との肯定的な関係を確立
- 顧客の記録の更新と維持
- 優れたコミュニケーション、説得、プレゼンテーションスキルの実演
- 基本的なコンピュータ操作
求人要件:
- 学歴: ディプロマ以上
- 言語: 日本語が流暢。最低JLPT N2認定 (日本での3年以上の就業経験を持つJLPT N3の候補者も応募可)
- 通知期間: 最大2-3ヶ月 (バイアウトのオプションあり)
