Responsible for the resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs.
- Gathers and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, researches relevant guidelines, and responds to inquires promptly.
- In dealing with more complex queries, may be involved with other customers within or across different functions.
- Provides coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company or benefits policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in Business Administration or Management
- High analytical skills, capable to understand the different types of requests and find the right resolution based on the Desk Top Procedure.
- Good stakeholder management skills as the job requires to constantly engage the process owner and the business analyst for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to deliver quality output whilst working under the pressure and within tight timelines.
