Working Experience/Skills : - 2-4 years in an international environment and exposure and actively participated in negotiations and contract management. - Enperience in contract negotiations and contract management. - Preferably 2- years in manufacturing and technical environment and/or 4 years contract administrtation or management. - Fluent in English communication. - Proficient in all standard office tools; Word, Excel, Microsoft. Main duties : 1) Contractual management of the customer contracts: - Monitor and prepare milestone achievement on technical progress, - Prepare elements (certificates and supporting documents) that are to be supplied to accounting for invoicing, - Authenticate the origin and validate the contents of payment of milestones, - Pre-claim and claim management, - Preparation of elements to invoice the customer. - Monitor and follow-up of the payment from the customer. - Preparation of Customer Supplemental Agreement. - Track and follow all financial and contractual evolution of the contract. 2) Contract Management of supplier contracts: - Progress-Milestone, monitoring and achievement follow-up to credit revenue, - Financial-Milestone, monitoring and achievement follow-up - Administrative monitoring of contractual deliveries, goods return under warranty and manage associated export documents, - Equipment end of warranty monitoring and management, - Preparation and negotiation of amendments related to warranty extensions and any additional delivery. 3) Management of Contractual interface with contractors and customers: - Drafting of financial component of the RFC (contractor, customer components) - Liquidate damage mitigation management, - Claim documentation and correspondence management, - Management and Monitoring of balance books, 4) Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required / request. 5) Develop, implement and maintain training materials, user manuals, etc. pertaining to Contract Management validation and oversight process. Conduct in-house training as necessary.
