**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to Singapore Office
- Monitor and record staff attendance into the system and perform OT calculations
- Handle billings and reporting
- Keying in data into the system
- Perform any other duties as and when necessary
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree with at least 1 year of Human Resource experience. Fresh Graduate will be considered
- Meticulous and organized with proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Fast learner especially in handling new software
- A team player, proactive, ability to work independently under time pressure
- Good written and spoken English
- Preferably with SAP or Success Factor experience
- Able to start immediately
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
