**DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB**:

- Assist with the management of current client accounts.
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Maintain contact with carriers and customers.
- Customers and transporters should be treated with respect.
- Assist in the resolution of customer and carrier issues.
- Provide shipment quotations to customers and set up shipments as needed.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in their job environment as well as with computer software tools.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
