Job Summary:
Administration of billing process, customer database including minor operational routines in the areas of help desk services in customer support

Job Responsibilities:

- Carry out meter calling/ reading and billing of Rental/ TGS accounts to ensure complete coverage, and correct and accurate billing.
- Update meter reading and process billing accurately and in a timely manner by sending tax invoices to customers.
- Submit credit note for any inaccurate billing.
- Compare and analyse customers' usage pattern and prepare billing report to immediate superior/ manager.
- Maintain accurate customer master data to ensure data related to billing in the system are accurate.
- File all relevant documents as per Company's requirement.
- Attend to internal and external customers' inquiries about billings and any other matters concerning to Customer Support Department.
- Provide regular feedback to management on recommendation for continuous improvement.
- Assist in any aspects relating to billing of Customer Support Operations
- Liaising with other relevant departments in follow-up actions for matters relating to Billing.
- Perform other relevant functions as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in billing and invoicing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Good command in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to handle high volume of transactions and able to work under pressure
- Pro-active and has good time management skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Organized, meticulous and has attention to detail
- Able to communicate and work effectively with internal & external stakeholders
- Fast learner in picking up various company platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
