**OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
Promote company products, interact with customer on any issue / enquiry

**MEASURES / KPIS**

1. Proactive to promote company products and services to achieve the target
Always eg. Transports, Haulage, Freighting, Warehouse, Special Shipments, etc

2. Responsible for securing news customers, maintaining and developing
Always/ Monthly existing accounts which set by the company direction/ KPI

3. Respond to customer enquiry of the shipment/quotation Timely

4. To cooperate and assist inter-departmental structure pertaining to Sales
As and when required shipment

5. Helping to get knowledge on special requirement e.g. document request,
Form D, COO, special cargo or transport request (sensitive, fragile, project & Always out of gauge)

10. Prepare quotation, follow up and ensure obtained customer chop & sign quotation before proceeding with arrangement/booking. If amendment or Timely additional services required, revised quotation and seek acceptance of charges from customer

11. Negotiate with the vendors as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits. All vendors’ quotation must be signed and approved by HOD before Always using their services.

Debts collection within credit
12. Monitor closely on debtor aging term / credit limit

13. Support customer service and work closely with operations and
Always documentation on the execution of customer service contracts

14. Any other tasks assigned by management As and when required
