**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to process invoices and ensure GL code, department/project code are properly recorded and payments are made accurately and timely
- Ensure received Approved Payment Requisition, valid invoices and supporting documents such as Architect Certificate, Quantity Surveyor Certificate, Letter of Awards, Contractors All Risk and Workmen’s Compensation Insurance Policies, Approved Variation Order, Delivery Order, etc
- Ensure expenses/project development costs are recognized and classified in accordance to the Group’s accounting policies
- Create and maintain vendors, sub-contracts and contractor claims in system
- Assist to liaise with relevant departments to obtain more information and provide relevant information to GL team as and when required.
- File the Payment Instruction, Payment Voucher and its supporting documents
- Ensure completeness and accuracy on the payment process

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years' working experience preferably in Property Development Industries
- Able to handle huge volume of transactions
- Well versed in MS Excel, Words and preferably with experience in **IFCA Accounting System**:

- A good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
