**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in assuring sales processes and policies are adhered to.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and quotations.
- Prepare documentation such as Invoice and delivery order (DO) after received Sales Order.
- Working closely with sales team as well as supporting them to meet customers' requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payment and assisting in stock take.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- To perform administrative work and maintain proper filing.
- To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Multi-tasking, responsible, and attentive to details.
- Possess strong passion on career’s growth
- Positive attitude and good coordination skill.
- Possess own transport.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday (8.45am - 5.45pm).
- Saturday (always standby for urgent enquiries).
