**Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Ensure efficient use of time and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.

**Communication Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Draft and review correspondence and reports.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare agendas, compile necessary documents, and distribute meeting materials.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

**Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Exercise professionalism and maintain trust and integrity in handling confidential matters.

**Document and Presentation Preparation**:

- Prepare, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information as requested.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of content.

**Task and Project Coordination**:

- Assist in managing and coordinating tasks and projects on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

**Office Administration**:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
