Personal Assistant to Director

**Objectives of this role**:
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, assisting on research and follow up with action on matters which fall within especially related to sales and business development of the company.
- Chasing responses, triggering follow up action, maintain appropriate timeline.
- Assist on finding business opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Assist on the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
- Assist on proposals preparation, ability to qualify opportunity and propose appropriate products
- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects
**; Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in secretary, business administration, sales or a related discipline
- Multi-tasking, reliable, professional, and able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
- Knowledge of MS Office, any CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic, fun, and passionate
