Personal Assistant to Managing Director

**Responsibilities & Accountability**:
- To provide administrative duties to Managing Director in meeting his day-to-day responsibilities
- To handle private and confidential matters assigned by Managing Director
- To ensure all given assignments/tasks are being handled professionally and completed in time
- To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, clients, consultants, contractors, and all other relevant parties
- To organize and/or manage meetings as requested, including but not limited to preparation and distribution of agendas and other materials, translation of meeting minutes, set-up of conference rooms, and preparations of refreshments
- To keep proper filing of documentation for easy retrieval and in a secured manner
- To schedule meeting appointments, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on all matters effectively
- To attend to all inquiries and matters pertaining to agents, realtors, bankers, lawyers, and other relevant parties and/or authorities
- To attend meetings and/or discussions
- To undertake the special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as specified by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
