Personal Assistant to Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing day to day general admin matters and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Handle routine and advance duties for other professionals including organizing while preparing documents and reports, manage to schedule appointments, music copyright registration documents and other general staff support.
- Dealing with incoming mail, post often corresponding on behalf as instructed by the Director.
- Tracking music photography department progress, media network platform progress and interaction
- Liaising with client, supplier and other colleagues.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 -2 years of working experience and Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Need to be Multilingual (Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia ) -Verbal & Written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication.
- Pleasant personality, good attitude, independent and efficient.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
