**About The Role**

**Organization Dimension**:
This role expected to support local team function in providing the best sourcing available from the local market and will give a huge impact into company’s goals and target, also lead the right price to the customer.

**Objective of the role**:
A good team player in the local team and group function. Collaboration with other stakeholders and suppliers to create a good impact. You will help us define the sourcing needs and give the best insight from your expertise through strategic planning and good monitoring review.

We need an ambassador, who represents HappyFresh not only as a company but also as a great place to work for.

**What Will You Do**:

- Collect data, buying price, competitors’ pricing, retail prices and vendor’s bills
- Market intelligence to anticipate in/deflation, key information to anticipate purchase decisions
- Build and execute a pricing strategy, set selling price to reach targeted margins
- Daily/weekly/monthly price update (regular & promotion prices) for each dark store
- Create and maintain reporting for stakeholders with key metrics
- Provide analysis on price elasticity & sensitivity
- Provide assortment analysis per category and sub-category, suggest In/Out item lists
- Stock analysis with action plans in partnership with Demand planning & Buyer teams
- Favour good coordination with commercial and other internal stakeholders’ teams

**What Will You Need**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as business analyst, data analyst, accounting, data statistic or IT
- Having experience in FMCG, Food, Retail Business or E-commerce
- Experience with start-up journey is also a plus
- Organized, able to simplify & synthesize complex data streams in a clear manner
- Expert in Excel/Google sheet (Pivot, Vlookup, SQL), Tableau & reporting tools; tech savvy
- Ability to multitasking and learn quickly
- Super attention to details and result oriented
- Customer focused mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work remotely when required, self-motivated, creative & entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to effectively converse and write in English for collaborations at group level
- Willing to work extra miles & can-do attitude.
