**About the role**:
As the Strategic Partnership Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing strategic alliances and broadening market outreach to stimulate business growth and revenue. Your duties will involve identifying, cultivating, and overseeing partnerships with essential stakeholders, along with crafting and executing plans to enter new markets and strengthen the organization's competitive stance.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Partnership Development**:Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with potential new partners and strengthen existing relationships to foster business growth and expand market presence.
- **Negotiation and Agreement**: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, while also emphasizing mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
- **Market Expansion**: Research and evaluate market entry opportunities, including geographical expansion and exploration of new market segments, to capitalize on untapped potential and drive sustained business growth.
- **Educational Program Development**: Create and implement educational materials and programs aimed at informing and engaging customers, such as workshops, webinars, and training sessions, to enhance their understanding of products/services and foster long-term loyalty.
- **Customer Satisfaction Optimization**: Conduct thorough market studies to analyze customer needs and preferences, then develop innovative strategies to optimize satisfaction levels and ensure continuous improvement in customer experience.
- **Industry Networking**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 4 years of proven experience in marketing / business development.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Openness to travel for business-related activities
