**Position Purpose**:
**Principal Accountabilities/ Scope**:

- Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
- Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance

**What You Will Do**:

- Map ad formats to advertising objectives
- Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behaviour
- Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads - A/B testing
- Plan and Optimize landing page testing
- Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
- Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices.
- Present account reviews internally
- Test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and possess an added value
- Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy

**Requirements**:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
- Have at least two (2) years’ proven experience in Performance Marketing and is proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with teams as appropriate
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing. Amazon search (AMS) and Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus
- Digital native by heart and have a strong passion in eCommerce, online marketing and creation of digital content
