**Responsibilities**:

- **Part 1 - Key Responsibilities (measurable and used for KPIs)**_
- Develop, oversee, and implement paid digital media campaigns and funnels with positive ROI by identifying and optimizing gaps and opportunities in app users, transactions, and revenue trends through paid digital channels.
- Explore and test new opportunities and trends in digital media to enhance campaign efficiency, build credibility, and remain competitive.
- Optimize the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) across all performance marketing channels.
- Conceptualize and execute media buying campaigns.
- **Part 2 - Supporting Responsibilities**:_
- Propose and develop new channels complementing app usage, enhancing existing channel paid media strategies, and implementing paid media plans.
- Identify and address marketing performance issues using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Adjust strategies and budgets based on performance to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) across different channels.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for strategy testing and innovation.
- Possess strong written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Create accurate and timely metric reports, analyses, and insights to demonstrate the performance and ROI of all digital marketing activities.
- Understand target audience nuances from a geographical perspective.
- Document campaign evolution for monitoring overall performance and identifying best practices.
- Evaluate paid digital media performance reports, provide insights, and recommend enhancements for maximizing budget and overall Digital marketing ROI.
- Develop and present learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports.

- Collaborate with service suppliers and relevant stakeholders on executional matters related to digital and performance marketing.

**Job Competencies/Requirements**:

- **Qualification**:_
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, PR, design, graphic design, psychology, or advertising.
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, retail, fashion, event management, or advertising, focusing on digital marketing, performance marketing, advertising, or data analytics.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:_
- Experience in SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and Competitive Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).
- Expertise in user purchasing journey, funnel marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
- At least 2 years’ experience in executing digital paid media campaigns on platforms like Facebook/Google and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with Excel proficiency being essential.
