**At the office**: Valiram HQ is located 10 minutes to Pavilion and 5 minutes to KLCC. We offer flexibility in working schedules depending on our employee’s lifestyle preferences. Access to our staff only cafe with a view of the city to price friendly food options.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns include digital ads, livestreams, SEM and SEO.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and key metrics.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising, preferably in retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads etc.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
