**About the Role**

We are looking for talents to join the team of Royal Sporting House with the following responsibilities:

- Responsible to perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends
- Assist Line Manager in analysis & extraction of various system data using SAP BI / PBI for reporting to management
- Ensure operation data are updated and check accuracy store vs support system
- Deep diving into findings in order to have better view of performance reported
- Update Manpower List and track on recruitment status
- Coordinating retail staff time attendance and leave records
- Liaise with HODs in planning, executing, and coordination of training programmes with L&D Dept based on the need of the organization
- To perform special task or projects or assignments given by immediate superior as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in Administration support functions. Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of SAP / Power BI would be an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and good command of spoken and written in English.
- Reliable and maintain highly confidential information. Sense of urgency, tolerance & flexibility.
- Willing to learn and multitasking. Good interpersonal skills
